Democracy 1
When meeting the needs of citizens and balancing different interests is the basis for decision-making, including through digital democracy. Democratic values are fundamental to social cohesion and the functioning of a conscious and active civil society.
Freedom 2
The state guarantees fair laws that protect inalienable human rights. Everyone has the right to participate in the development of Ukraine and its image in the eyes of the international community as a state that preserves ideological diversity and an innovative approach to the development of democracy and sustainable economic growth.
Trust 3
Transparent data-driven decisions lead to the development of the state and the well-being of every citizen. This approach and proper communication build trust between society and the authorities.
Efficiency 4
Reasonable prioritization and efficient resource management using innovative approaches lead to the creation of value-added products and sustainable development. The key role is also played by the resilience of the team, which is constantly learning new skills.
Team communication 5
Respect, support, and trust build a culture of internal communication. Openness in communication provides equal opportunities to create a safe, non-violent space where innovative ideas are born. Team building and experience exchange fill the “idea bank”, form a single “message box” and contribute to the achievement of common goals.
Responsibility 6
Each team member is responsible for the process and the result, meeting agreed deadlines. The team is sympathetic to mistakes that do not contradict the values. Worked-out mistakes can be a source of innovation. We analyze mistakes and ways to prevent them, rather than discussing the team member who made the mistake.
Partnership 7
We do not create partnerships for the sake of partnership. An honest partnership is based on shared values, respect and trust to create new opportunities and development. Each team member creates a positive brand image among partners and in society.
