Influence the reconstruction process: survey

Successful and effective reconstruction of Ukraine depends on the level of involvement of every citizen! To make the reconstruction process as transparent, efficient and democratic as possible, a platform for engaging all stakeholders in the reconstruction and development processes isbeing developed . This will ensure active participation of the public in the reconstruction of our country, as well as help reduce the risks of misuse of funds and increase the level of trust in the reconstruction.

We invite you to take part in a survey aimed at assessing the level of local democracy and the involvement of various stakeholder groups in the reconstruction and recovery processes. This is the third wave of the survey, which will help us to explore the dynamics of the use of public participation tools at the local and regional levels. After all, the principle of “rebuilding better than before” is only possible through broad engagement and open dialogue between the authorities and the public.

To take part in the survey, please fill out the questionnaire at the link according to your category by 08 December 2024:

The results of the survey will be disseminated to central, regional and local authorities, international organisations and will demonstrate the level of involvement of various stakeholder groups in the recovery processes at the local and regional level.

The results of the previous waves of the survey are available on the analytical dashboard at the following link: https://cutt.ly/rwhpoHAL. They have become the basis for improving the functionality of the platform for stakeholder engagement in recovery and development processes, and have been used to develop national recovery policies. The data was also shared with international partners to inform their next action plans. As a reminder, the platform’s functionality was developed with the participation of more than 1500 representatives of the public, business, government and experts.

This survey is conducted by the Centre for Innovations Development as part of the USAID/ENGAGE activity, which is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Pact in Ukraine.
