The NGO “CENTER FOR INNOVATIONS DEVELOPMENT” announces a tender for the purchase of services for the development of a training programme, workshops and mentoring support for 60 representatives from 30 agricultural companies. The term of service provision is 9 months.
Tasks:
- Development of a training guide for obtaining AEO status.
- Develop a training programme and conduct workshops for 4 workshops.
- Conduct 12 workshops (4 workshops for 3 groups of 20 participants each). Total number of participants: 60 people from 30 companies.
- Mentoring support. Provide mentoring support for 10 businesses. In total, at least 30 consultations should be provided (3 consultations for each company).
Components of the tender proposal
- Description of the experience and capacity to provide the above services. Include a description and references in a Word or PDF document.
- Proposed workshop programme and mentoring support plan.
- Proposed budget.
- Statutory documents of the sole proprietorship or LLC with the relevant KVED.
Criteria for selecting winners:
- Compliance of the application with the customer’s needs and the terms of the tender documentation.
- Proven experience and ability to provide programme development, workshops and mentoring support services.
- Quality of the proposed programme and mentoring support plan.
- Acceptable price and terms of service.
- Ability to work within the specified timeframe and provide services in a timely manner.
The winner of the tender will be sent an email with the relevant information and/or notified of the victory by phone.
